3. Release Dates & Shipping
Estimated release dates are provided as a guide and may change due to supplier delays, production issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Orders will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available.
4. Order Combining
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless a separate shipping arrangement is offered.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders are prepared in advance and may be subject to supplier commitments. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Approval of cancellations may depend on the status of the order and product availability.
6. Delays

7. Changes to Products
